We currently ship orders across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Delivery is available to all major cities and towns through our trusted courier partners.

If you are located outside our standard delivery areas, please contact our support team before placing your order.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery time across the UAE is 2–3 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Delays may occur during weekends, public holidays, or due to high order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with tracking or delivery details.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above [insert amount, e.g., AED 150].
  • Standard Shipping Fee: A small fee of [insert amount, e.g., AED 10–20] applies for orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • All shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery for all UAE orders.
Please ensure that the full payment amount is ready at the time of delivery.
If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order, future orders may require advance payment.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking details shared by our courier partner via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once the parcel is dispatched.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may happen due to:

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
